ICT Community Foundation was founded in 2024 by Chris Zachary to give back and support the community of Wichita. As the owner of the Wichita Regulators Professional Football Team, Chris has learned to love the fans and people of Wichita, and created an organization to uplift this incredible community and their children.

Through programs and events, the ICT Community Foundation hopes to give back to youth, local families and organizations.
The ICT Community Foundation is also proud to offer the Empathy Challenge to local middle and high schools.
